On 26-29 February 2024, the 4th Meeting of the NATO Operational Energy Concept Writing Team (OEC WT) was held at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, USA.
The meeting was organised by the NATO ENSEC COE and its long-standing partner, the Energy Academic Group of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS).
The main aim of this NATO OEC WT meeting was to finalise the draft NATO OEC. The meeting was attended by almost 40 participants from NATO institutions (NATO HQ, NATO HQ SACT, NSPA), NATO countries (France, Italy, USA, UK, Canada, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Latvia), NATO MILENG COE, NATO CIMIC COE and academy.
