Coherent Resilience 2024 – Moldova (CORE 24-M) was a Tabletop Exercise held from 12-14 March 2024 in Chișinău. It aimed to bolster the resilience of Moldova’s critical energy infrastructure against cyber and hybrid threats. The exercise focused on enhancing preparedness to identify, prevent, and respond to risks such as kinetic, sabotage, and cyber attacks. Emphasizing the nexus between cyber and energy security, CORE 24-M fostered collaboration among Moldovan energy operators and cyber defenders. The event featured an academic seminar, a two-day exercise, and after-action briefings, gathering over 100 participants from 10 nations and 32 institutions.
